This is a predicament we have seen many people fall into, they have imported a radio from the likes of Allie Express and want to sell it for whatever reason. The simple answer is yes, but there are some simple steps you must follow or there is a chance that the “seller” is more liable than the user of the equipment.

  1. When advertised, it MUST state “Only to be sold to an appropriately licensed individual”
  2. When sold, you must keep a copy of the purchaser’s license on file and be available to present to RSM NZ should they request it.
